Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 count) crescent rolls
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 (5 oz.) can chicken, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.
  3. Roll each crescent roll to a 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch thickness.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture onto each rolled-out crescent.
  5. Roll up the crescent, sealing the edges.
  6. Place the roll-ups in a baking dish.
  7. Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
