Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 large pkg. Doritos
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet until fully cooked.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the skim milk, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, and chopped green chilies to make the sauce.
