Cheese Koogle is a sweet, creamy baked casserole blending cottage cheese, farmer cheese, and cream cheese with raisins and a hint of cinnamon, perfect for dessert or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. farmer cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. noodles, cooked
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. You may wish to add cinnamon to the mixture or sprinkle it on top.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours until set and golden on top.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Can be frozen after cooking for later use.
