Cheese Thins are crispy, cheesy crackers with a hint of red pepper, perfect as a snack or appetizer for cheese lovers and party gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • dash of red pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix red pepper and margarine until creamy.
  2. Add flour and mix well.
  3. Stir in grated cheese and Rice Krispies.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Place the balls on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Press each ball with a fork dipped in ice water.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
