Ingredients

  • 3 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 9 lasagne noodles
  • 3 c. spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Ricotta, Parmesan, Romano, and 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add eggs and chopped parsley to the cheese mixture.
  4. Soak lasagne noodles in cold water for 10 minutes.
  5. In a baking pan, spread 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce, then place 3 noodles on top.
  6. Spread 1/3 of the Ricotta filling over the noodles.
  7. Pour 1 cup of sauce over the cheese filling.
  8. Repeat the layers, ending with sauce on top.
