- Saute chopped onion until done.
- Add margarine and mustard to the sautéed onion.
- Place slices of processed cheese and Swiss cheese between bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Spread some of the prepared sauce over the assembled bread.
- Spread the remaining sauce over the top of the bread.
- Sprinkle poppy seed over the top of the bread.
- Bake at 275°F (135°C) for about 45 minutes or until done.
