Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz.) spinach
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cubed firm white bread
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Drain spinach, squeezing out excess liquid.
  2. Combine all ingredients; pour into a 1-quart baking dish.
  3. Cover and bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done.
