Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 10 slices cheese
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • Ranch dressing
  • 5 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix ground turkey, chopped parsley (if using), chopped onion, minced garlic, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 5 patties.
  3. Place the patties on the rack of a broiler pan.
  4. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Top each patty with 2 slices of cheese and let melt slightly.
  6. Fill each hamburger bun with lettuce, 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing, tomato slices, and the cooked turkey patty.
