Ingredients

  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 Jiffy cake mix
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 small package pecans
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Stir together the cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Jiffy cake mix, dark brown sugar, and chopped pecans.
  3. Spread the cake mix mixture evenly over the fruit mixture.
  4. Pour the melted margarine evenly over the top of the mixture.
  5. Microwave on high for 15 minutes.
  6. If not fully cooked, stir and microwave for an additional 2 or more minutes until done.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream on top.
