Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons rum
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Zest of half orange
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Sprinkle dried cherries with rum and let sit for a few minutes.
  3. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
