Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Blend the condensed cream of chicken soup, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  2. Combine the blended mixture with cooked macaroni, chopped cucumber, cooked chicken, and chopped green onion.
  3. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve the chilled salad on a bed of lettuce.
