- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add crushed garlic, chopped chives, and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Arrange 2 1/2 packages of frozen Brussels sprouts in a circle in the skillet, beginning at the outer edge.
- Add frozen corn within the circle of Brussels sprouts.
- Place tomato wedges in the next circle and add remaining Brussels sprouts in the center of the tomatoes.
- Pour chicken stock over the vegetables.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes or until tender.
