Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in soy sauce and garlic powder for at least 30 minutes before cooking. If you’re out of soy sauce, tamari or coconut aminos can be great substitutes. You can also experiment with different veggies like snap peas or broccoli, making it similar to Oriental Chicken Stir-Fry.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this Chicken And Pepper Skillet over steamed rice or alongside fried rice for a hearty meal. It also pairs well with a side of Egg Drop Noodle Soup for a complete dinner. For added freshness, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds before serving.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm in a skillet over medium heat until heated through, adding a splash of water to prevent drying out. This dish can also be reheated in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway.
