Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked broccoli
  • 3 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and pepper seasoning salt
  • 1 pound cooked pasta

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken into chunks.
  2. Fry the chicken in 1 tablespoon of butter with garlic and pepper seasoning salt until thoroughly cooked.
  3. Set the cooked chicken aside.
  4. Cook the broccoli until tender, then drain well.
  5. Cook 1 pound of your favorite pasta according to package instructions.
  6. In a large skillet, melt one stick of butter over medium heat.
  7. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly to blend.
  9. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and black pepper until well combined and heated through.
  10. Combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, pasta, and sauce in the skillet.
  11. Toss everything together and serve warm.
