- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in cottage cheese, drained chicken, thawed and squeezed dry broccoli, salt, allspice, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each sheet of phyllo dough in half to create rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of filling near one corner of a phyllo rectangle.
- Fold the corner over the filling to form a triangle, then continue folding along the edge to enclose the filling completely, creating a triangle shape.
- Repeat with remaining sheets and filling.
- Brush each triangle with melted butter or margarine.
- Place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
