Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned

  • 1 cup flour
  • poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into chunks.
  2. Beat the eggs and mix with water.
  3. Combine flour, paprika, poultry seasoning, and salt to make the batter.
  4. Dip the chicken chunks into the batter.
  5. Deep fry the chicken chunks for 3 to 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
