Ingredients

  • 1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna fish
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 small bag potato chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the potato chips together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Top the casserole with crushed potato chips.
  4. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15 minutes until heated through and topping is crispy.
  5. Serve hot, ideally with cheese-baking powder biscuits.
