Instructions
- Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and pepper.
- Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until done, turning occasionally.
- Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Keep chicken warm.
- Pour off drippings from the skillet.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of drippings in the skillet.
- Combine onion soup mix and water.
- Stir the mixture into the drippings and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
- Add the sour cream and soup mixture to the skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve over split biscuits.
