Ingredients

  • 1 large oven bag
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts
  • Mrs. Dash
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • 1/2 to 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 to 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 to 1 cup sliced onion

Instructions

  1. Put flour in the oven bag and shake to coat the inside.
  2. Place the bag in a 9x13 or larger pan. Season the chicken breasts with Mrs. Dash, salt, and garlic powder, then place them in the bag.
  3. Add the sliced celery, carrots, and onion into the bag with the chicken.
  4. Mix the soups together, add a little milk (about 1/4 cup if desired), and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Tie the bag securely and cut 5 or 6 slits in the top of the bag.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
