Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the sour cream mixture for as long as possible, ideally overnight.
  3. Dip the marinated chicken in bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken in an ovenproof dish.
  5. Pour melted butter over the chicken.
  6. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for one hour, or 40 minutes if using boneless breasts.
