Chicken Kieve features tender deboned chicken breasts coated with egg, cheese, and green onion, then fried to golden perfection. Served over rice with a creamy chicken soup gravy, ideal for comforting family meals.

- Mix the beaten egg, Parmesan cheese, and chopped green onion together.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with flour.
- Fry the coated chicken breasts in 1/4 cup margarine for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice separately.
- Place the cooked chicken over the rice.
- Prepare the chicken soup gravy by mixing the cream of chicken soup with 1 cup water.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice, and serve.
