Chicken "La Crab"
A decadent seafood-stuffed chicken breast dish featuring crab meat, seasoned stuffing, and a rich Hollandaise sauce, perfect for elegant dinners or special occasions.

- Pound the chicken breasts to flatten them.
- Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.
- Cook the chopped onions and celery in 1/2 cup of butter until transparent.
- Remove from heat and add 6 tablespoons of white wine, the drained crab meat, and the stuffing mix; mix well.
- Divide the crab mixture among the chicken breasts, placing it in the center of each piece.
- Roll up each breast and secure with toothpicks.
- Combine flour and paprika; roll each chicken roll in the mixture to coat.
- Divide the coated chicken breasts between two 11 x 7-inch casseroles.
- Drizzle the remaining butter over the chicken.
- Bake in a 375°F oven for 1 hour.
