Ingredients

  • 2 (7 oz.) cans drained tuna, broken into chunks
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cooked macaroni
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz) can creamed corn
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, cook onion and green pepper in melted butter until tender.
  2. In a greased casserole dish, combine drained tuna, cooked macaroni, creamed corn, cooked vegetables, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika before serving if desired.
