Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages broccoli spears
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1/4 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Layer cooked broccoli spears and cooked, deboned chicken breasts in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and grated Cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Pour the cheese mixture evenly over the broccoli and chicken in the dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing mix over the top.
  6. Melt the margarine and pour over the dressing mix.
  7. Return to the oven and bake until the topping is browned and crispy.
