Creamy chicken-filled party shells with melted cheese and green onions, perfect for gatherings and casual meals, combining tender chicken, rice, and savory flavors in crispy shells.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • dash of garlic
  • frozen party shells

Instructions

  1. Chop the cooked chicken into cubes.
  2. Thaw the frozen party shells.
  3. Place the shells on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350°F oven until lightly brown.
  4. Mix all ingredients: chicken, cooked rice, chopped green onions, butter, cream of chicken soup, grated Cheddar cheese, and garlic.
  5. Fill each shell with the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle more cheese on each shell.
  7. Return the shells to the oven and heat until the cheese melts.
