Ingredients

  • chicken, cut in small pieces
  • margarine
  • canola oil
  • cut mushroom slices
  • onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • broccoli (optional)
  • spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and mushroom slices in a small amount of margarine and canola oil over medium heat.
  2. Stir-fry chicken pieces in a Pam-sprayed pan with thyme until cooked through.
  3. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  4. Cook broccoli until tender, if using.
