Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 1 small can peas
  • leftover chicken, diced
  • 1 envelope pork gravy mix
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • poultry seasoning
  • onion powder
  • pastry for 1 pie crust
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Make gravy as label directs.
  2. Add cream of celery soup to the gravy.
  3. Season the mixture with poultry seasoning, onion powder, and salt to taste.
  4. Add cooked potatoes, sliced carrots, peas, and diced leftover chicken to the gravy mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Cover the filling with pastry for one pie crust.
  7. Bake in a 400°F oven until the crust browns, then lower the temperature to 350°F to finish cooking.
  8. Bake for a total of 30 to 40 minutes until the crust is golden and filling is hot.
