Ingredients

  • rolls
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • cheddar cheese
  • onion
  • margarine
  • chicken

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a skillet and sauté chopped onion until translucent.
  2. Cut wedges out of the center of each uncooked roll.
  3. Add broken pieces of the rolls to the skillet and brown slightly.
  4. Arrange the rolls on a cookie sheet to keep them upright and intact.
  5. Add drained canned chicken and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet.
  6. Mix well until combined.
  7. Spoon portions of the mixture into the holes in the rolls.
  8. Top each with cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are golden.
