Creamy and cheesy chicken casserole with Ro-Tel tomatoes, Velveeta, and noodles, perfect for comforting family dinners and full of bold flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts until done, then remove from broth and cool.
  2. Cut cooked chicken into small pieces.
  3. Boil egg noodles in chicken broth, then drain.
  4. Mix cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced Ro-Tel, chopped onion, and cubed Velveeta cheese in a large bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture into a large baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
