Chicken Ro-Tel

- Boil chicken breasts until done, then remove from broth and cool.
- Cut cooked chicken into small pieces.
- Boil egg noodles in chicken broth, then drain.
- Mix cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, diced Ro-Tel, chopped onion, and cubed Velveeta cheese in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a large baking dish sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
