Ingredients

  • 1 fryer chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 12 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 12 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth until al dente, then drain.
  2. Sauté chopped celery, green pepper, and onion in butter until tender.
  3. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce to the sautéed vegetables; cook for a few minutes to combine flavors.
  4. Mix the cooked vegetable mixture with the drained spaghetti.
  5. Melt Velveeta cheese and pour over the spaghetti mixture.
  6. Stir well until cheese is evenly distributed and melted.
  7. Serve hot.
