Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup blanched almonds
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • potato chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips in an uncovered casserole.
