Ingredients

  • 2 cans boned chicken or 1 fryer, cut and boned
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cans Pet milk
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 or 9 tortillas
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of chicken soup, Pet milk, green chilies, cooked chicken, chopped onion, and water until well combined.
  2. Heat the mixture thoroughly until hot.
  3. Cut the tortillas into four pieces each.
  4. Line a casserole pan with a layer of tortilla pieces.
  5. Spread a layer of the soup mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a cheese layer on top.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until bubbly and cheese is melted, about 30-35 minutes.
