Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 package spinach (cooked and drained)
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Pierce the unbaked deep dish pie shell and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked chopped chicken, shredded Swiss cheese, cooked and drained spinach, and chopped onion.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mayonnaise, basil leaves, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture into the baked pie shell.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
  6. Bake the quiche at 375°F until set and golden, about 35-40 minutes.
