Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 small can peas and carrots
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 oz. box Stove Top stuffing, prepared
  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Cook the jumbo shells in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, but do not cook until completely done.
  2. Mix cooked chicken, peas, carrots, mayonnaise, prepared Stove Top stuffing, and chopped onions in a bowl.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the cooked shells.
  4. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish and pour the cream of chicken soup and water mixture over them.
  5. Bake until heated through and bubbly, approximately 20-30 minutes.
