  1. Chop the chicken breasts into cubes.
  2. Pan-grill the chicken with seasonings, bell pepper, and onion until browned.
  3. Place the sub rolls on top of the chicken and vegetables to steam for a minute.
  4. Put the mixture onto the rolls and add provolone cheese.
  5. Serve warm.
