Ingredients

  • 3 cooked chicken breasts, cut in large pieces
  • 1 (7 oz.) package creamettes
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, cut up

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put into a greased casserole dish.
  2. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
