Ingredients

  • 2 sticks pie crust mix
  • 1/2 (4 3/4 oz.) can chicken spread
  • dash of pepper
  • 3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare pie crust according to directions; roll dough and press into mini muffin tin.
  2. Spread half of the chicken spread into each mini muffin cup, then add a small amount of Swiss cheese on top.
  3. Beat eggs; stir in cream and pepper.
  4. Fill each cup with about 1 1/2 teaspoons of egg mixture.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
