Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or mixed vegetables
  • 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the stuffing mix, water, and butter together and set aside.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Add frozen vegetables over the chicken.
  5. In a bowl, mix the condensed mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
  7. Sprinkle the prepared stuffing mix evenly over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
