Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 egg
  • 12 minced saltines
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce (dash)
  • Tabasco sauce (dash)
  • Parmesan cheese (dash)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, egg, minced saltines, chili powder, garlic salt, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
  3. Fry the patties in a skillet over medium heat until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Serve immediately.
