Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can Niblets corn, partially drained
  • 4 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion in fat.
  2. Add canned tomatoes and partially drained corn to the meat mixture.
  3. Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar, and vinegar; stir into the meat mixture.
  4. Add cooked elbow macaroni and mix well.
  5. Turn switch to high until steaming freely, then reduce to low and cook for 30 minutes.
