- In a large skillet, crumble together the ground beef, pork sausage, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until the meat is browned; drain excess fat.
- Line a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish with half of the green chiles; sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese.
- Add the cooked meat mixture over the chiles and cheese.
- Top with the remaining green chiles and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, salt, and Tabasco sauce until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the assembled layers in the baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 40 minutes, until golden and set.
