Ingredients

  • 5 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (26 oz.) cans tomato soup
  • 2 (26 oz.) cans water
  • 2 (46 oz.) cans tomato juice
  • 2 bunches celery, chopped
  • 1 lb. onions, chopped
  • 3 (15 oz.) cans chili beans
  • 3 tsp. chili powder
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown and fry the ground beef.
  2. Cook the chopped celery and onions.
  3. Mix all ingredients in the Nesco roaster.
  4. Optional: Add macaroni elbow shells.
  5. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
