Ingredients

  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the beaten egg and 1/4 cup beer in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in bread crumbs, chopped onion, salt, and dried thyme.
  3. Add ground beef and mix well until thoroughly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 40 one-inch meatballs.
  5. Place the meatballs in a shallow baking pan.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
