- Add the cream of mushroom soup, tomato soup, and one can of water to the meat mixture.
- Let simmer for 1 hour.
- Add grated Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and MSG; stir until the cheese is melted.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Drain well and add to the meat mixture.
- Pour into a greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole and top with additional cheese.
- Bake at 350°F until very hot and bubbly.
