Ingredients

  • 10 oz. can Hungry Jack biscuits
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
  • salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Separate the biscuits and place one into each greased muffin tin, pressing firmly onto the bottom and up the sides to form a 1/4-inch rim.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cubed cooked ham, sliced ripe olives, shredded Cheddar cheese, and chopped green chilies.
  3. Fill each biscuit-lined cup with the ham mixture.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
  5. Serve warm with salsa and sour cream if desired.
