Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2/3 cup chopped onions
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet with the chopped onions and green pepper.
  2. Drain off excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add canned tomatoes and seasonings; simmer for a while.
  4. Add the cooked and drained elbow macaroni and kidney beans to the skillet.
  5. Heat through until all ingredients are combined and hot.
