Chili(Sam'S)
A hearty, flavorful chili with ground beef, tomatoes, beans, and rich seasonings, perfect for satisfying a crowd or comforting family dinners with bold, spicy notes.
Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 qt. crushed tomatoes ⓘ
- 2 (15 oz.) cans light red kidney beans ⓘ
- 1 chili block ⓘ
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder ⓘ
- 1 1/2 large onions
- 1 1/2 large bell peppers
- 1 tsp. Accent ⓘ
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. black pepper ⓘ
- pinch of red cayenne pepper ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. game seasoning ⓘ
- 1 tsp. all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 1/2 cup onion bits ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown hamburger meat with small amount of seasonings.
- Add onion bits; cook until done.
- Set aside.
- Saute onions and bell peppers in oil; drain.
- Add to hamburger meat.
- Add crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, chili block, and seasonings.
- Stir well.
- Cook for about 2 1/2 hours.
