Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cooked thin spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1 (16 oz.) can La Choy Chinese vegetables, drained
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • onion salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck, chopped onion, and chopped celery in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add drained Chinese vegetables, tomato soup, soy sauce, and onion salt to the skillet.
  4. Mix the cooked spaghetti into the vegetable and meat mixture.
  5. Transfer everything to a casserole dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
