Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion and celery
  • 1 can mushrooms (save juice)
  • 2 c. cut up cooked turkey
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained

Instructions

  1. Saute in oil the onion, celery, and mushrooms.
  2. Add turkey, bouillon cube, mushroom juice, and water to make 1/2 cup. Mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce, and water; stir into mixture until thick.
  3. Add bean sprouts.
  4. Serve over rice, noodles, or chow mein noodles.
