Ingredients

  • 2 small onions
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
  • 1 c. hot water
  • hard noodles (Chinese)

Instructions

  1. Chop onions and celery. Brown with hamburger in a skillet.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, soy sauce, uncooked Minute rice, and hot water to the skillet. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from oven, top with hard noodles, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until noodles are cooked and browned slightly.
  5. Serve hot.
